In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vip28 website accessible at https://vip28.pro, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the vip28 Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in IDR (Rp), excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by vip28 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or a bonus-associated deposit becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with vip28, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

vip28 targets English-preference players in Indonesia. While the Platform accepts players from Indonesia as its primary market, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your specific location. vip28 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the vip28 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must keep this information updated at all times. vip28 accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

3.2 KYC Verification

vip28 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully verified and before any withdrawal is processed:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID card — KTP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot or statement showing your name on the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account);

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as confirmation is received from the relevant payment processor. 4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your vip28 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

vip28 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Deposits must be funded from payment methods in your own name. Systematic depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "money laundering through gambling" — will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Any withdrawal request submitted before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those Bonus Funds.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete Account registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus, subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Player and cannot be combined with other welcome offers. vip28 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome bonus.

All Bets placed on the vip28 Platform are governed by the specific game or sport rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.

6.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook Bets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports markets — are accepted in accordance with the odds displayed at the time the Bet is confirmed. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow the standard rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. vip28 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable error"). Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, vip28's specific event rules will determine settlement.

6.2 Live Casino

In the event of a technical disruption affecting a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's own dispute-resolution procedure, which is binding on the Player.

6.3 Slots

6.5 Bet Cancellation

• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

vip28's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting vip28 support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, vip28 will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by vip28

vip28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;

• At the direction of a regulatory, law-enforcement, or financial intelligence authority;

In cases of Account termination for cause, vip28 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation determines that funds were obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms, those funds may be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip28 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
